about me
Julie Gordon Willis, M.A., LPC
Career choices and transitions are some of the biggest decisions we face in our lives. Sometimes we simply need to apply a little gas to power over speedbumps. But sometimes we face roadblocks that seem insurmountable and we idle in neutral, running out of gas. Whatever’s in your way, I can help you get moving again.
I have experience with adults of all ages in all career stages, from college students launching first-time careers to midlife professionals seeking wholesale change.
As a former senior executive in marketing with a graduate degree in mental health counseling, I understand how personal identity, family and relationship dynamics can influence how we think about, articulate and act on career goals.
Unlike many career counselors, I am also trained to recognize, assess and treat mental health conditions that can complicate vocational choice and job performance, including ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression and trauma.
Whatever your situation, I’m on board. Nothing excites me more than helping people clear the rubble from the road and speed off into the future with hope and confidence, “good to go.”
